Toit Valet Parking Terms & Conditions
Toit ORR east, a subsidiary of PH4 food and beverages private limited offers valet parking for your convenience while you enjoy your dining experience. Please be sure to review the following terms and conditions before utilising our service.
Valet Service:
Valet staff will park your vehicle in a designated area upon arrival. A claim ticket will be issued upon receipt of your vehicle. Please retain this ticket for retrieval. To retrieve your vehicle, simply present your claim ticket to a valet attendant upon exiting the restaurant.
Fees:
Valet parking service is offered at a rate of fee is 50 rs (or part thereof). Payment for valet services is due upon retrieval of your vehicle. We accept cash and UPI
Disclaimer of Liability:
Toit Bangalore takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your vehicle while parked by our valet staff. However, please understand that Toit Bangalore cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents arising from:
- Acts of God (including natural disasters, fire, theft, vandalism, etc.)
- Mechanical or electrical failure of your vehicle
- Damage caused by other vehicles parked in the designated area
- Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly locked and all windows are closed before handing it over to the valet staff. It is recommended that all valuables be removed from the vehicle before utilising the valet service. Toit Bangalore is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are responsible for informing the valet staff of any pre-existing damage to their vehicle upon arrival.

By utilising the valet parking service offered by Toit Bangalore, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
