Irish Red Ale

We couldn’t have had an Irish brewer without him insisting on a couple of Irish beers on tap! This one is a full bodied ale, in which the malt and hop characters are beautifully balanced.

The rich caramel sweetness is perfectly offset by the bitterness derived by combining a variety of noble hops from two different countries, making for a complex and delicious beer. We had to force our late great brewer to share this with the public!
