Toit’s OG Brewpub

Our first microbrewery — the place where we brewed our first batch of beer. This is where it all started.

And to think that this space almost didn’t exist!

The Namma Metro line was originally meant to pass through the exact spot Toit Bengaluru stands. Through some civil-work miracle #298 stayed. And now, while we watch the trains pass by, we brew batch after batch of great craft beer.

BEAUTIFUL SPACES MUST MAKE FOR BEAUTIFUL BEERS.

And few breweries have that quaint farmhouse feeling like our Sanaswadi brewery does. This brewery was set up to serve Toit Mumbai, Toit Pune and select partner bars in Maharashtra, and has a brewing capacity of 40,000 litres. Our team of brewers here are constantly pushing the envelope to send out great craft brews to the good people of Maharashtra.

BIGGEST PROJECT YET, A BRAND SPANKING NEW MACRO-FACILITY

We will be sending out our beers in kegs and bottles into the world (well, Karnataka for starters) from here, so that you can send it anywhere! The production facility has been set up to not just be a brewery, but in the near future, to be a beer garden, an experience centre and entertainment venue, with state-of-the-art architecture and equipment to create a truly unique beer learning adventure.

CIDERY AT HIMACHAL PRADESH

Our cider manufacturing facility in the gorgeous foothills of the Himalayas, has been set up in collaboration with the Horticulture Produce Marketing & Processing Corporation (HPMC) in Himachal Pradesh. Our cider is crafted traditionally, from 100% apple juice—fresh Himalayan apples that are carefully plucked, crushed, pressed and fermented the traditional way.
